Cycling
Road, mountain or riding to work. A km on a bike takes less than a km running, so it's worth a third.
2 points per kmSport and challenges
Whoever wants to connects Strava or Hevy. Their rides, runs, laps and gym sessions earn points they swap for company prizes and push team challenges forward. With a weekly cap, so people who go for a walk win too.

How it works
People use the app they already use. BienestarHR only reads the minimum it needs to add up.
Strava with one tap or Hevy with their key. It's voluntary and they can disconnect any time from their space.
Each synced activity earns points based on effort and moves forward the team challenges they've joined.
Points are swapped for whatever you put in the catalogue: an afternoon off, a team breakfast, sports gear.
What counts
Each sport scores by how much effort a kilometre takes. These are the recommended values; the company can change them.

2 points per kmFrom a 3 km jog to the long Sunday run. The reference for the whole scale.
6 points per kmPool or open water. A swimming km is hard work: it's worth four times a running km.
24 points per kmWalks and hikes count the same as running per km. So moving isn't only for athletes.
6 points per kmWith Hevy, the kilos lifted (volume) and the session count. A strength or yoga session logged in Strava counts too.
3 points per tonne + 10 per sessionPoints example
With the recommended values. They're the same ones the app ships with: the company can change them and each person always sees what every activity earned.
Kilometre challenges give their own points for contributing to the team goal. So do check-ins, habits and courses.
| Activity | Points |
|---|---|
| 10 km cycling | 20 points |
| 5 km running | 30 points |
| 4 km walking | 24 points |
| 1 km swimming | 24 points |
| 8,000 kg workout in Hevy (50 min) | 34 points |
Privacy
We read the type of sport, the distance, the time and, at the gym, the kilos. Nothing else. That's enough to add points and move challenges, without turning sport into surveillance.
For HR
Everything is set up in a few minutes and can be adjusted whenever you like.
Kilometres cycling, running or any movement, across the whole company, by site or by team. A shared progress bar and an end date.
A catalogue with whatever makes sense in your company, with limited units if you want. You mark when it's handed over.
Points per km for each sport, per tonne and per gym session, and a weekly cap per person. With a live example before you save.

No feature works alone. They all follow the same privacy rule.
Sport is one more way to earn. Check-ins, surveys, habits, short courses, thanking a colleague and joining challenges also earn points. Nobody is left out of the catalogue for not running.
No. There's a weekly cap on sport points per person (150 by default) that HR can adjust. Someone who walks a little every day ends up earning almost as much as someone doing a long run.
The impossible doesn't count: a running pace at car speed, a 20-hour session or 80 tonnes in one workout. The same ride uploaded twice only counts once.
Strava brings activities in on its own when the sport section is opened, at most once an hour, and whenever the person taps “Get activity”. Hevy syncs when that button is tapped. Activities from the last 30 days count.
Yes. A challenge rewards contributing to a team goal, once per challenge per day. Sport points reward effort, with a cap. Both add up.
Strava works with a free account. Hevy connects with the API key, which is a Hevy Pro feature. In BienestarHR it's included in the single plan at €3 per employee per month.
