The annual survey looks at the past
By the time the report lands, the workload peak has passed and the person who was going to leave has left.
20-second check-in
Three questions: energy, workload and mood. Answered with a thumb, on a phone, at the start or end of a shift. And the answer belongs to whoever gives it.
How are you feeling today?
The problem
When you ask once a year, you find out what happened. When you ask every week with a long form, people stop answering.
By the time the report lands, the workload peak has passed and the person who was going to leave has left.
Ten questions on a computer screen don't fit in a store or on a production line.
If people think their boss will see their answer, they'll answer “fine” even when they aren't.
How it works
The check-in is designed for a hand and a phone, not a desk and a mouse.
The question
Each question has five answers in words, not numbers: from “Bad” to “Great”, from “Drained” to “Full”. Tap one and it moves to the next. All three together take about 20 seconds.
How is your energy?
The extra question
At the end there's an optional question: is anything weighing on you this week? Workload, meetings, work-life balance, atmosphere or rest. It isn't mandatory and doesn't go into an individual score, because there is no such thing.
Is anything weighing on you this week?
Optional. You can skip it.
The result
A team's answers are aggregated into a 0-to-100 score and its dimensions. It only appears once at least 5 different people have answered. Otherwise the team shows greyed out.
See the map and alerts12 people have responded. Compared with the previous month.

Privacy rule
The check-in only works if people answer truthfully. So the rule is simple and has no exceptions: each person sees their own data and the company sees totals.

No feature works alone. They all follow the same privacy rule.
About 20 seconds with the three default questions. Each has five options and is answered with a tap. The extra question is optional.
No. Nobody can open a person's answer. The manager sees their team's score, and only once at least 5 different people have answered.
Its score isn't shown. It appears greyed out with the text “fewer than 5 responses”. Its answers do count towards the site or company total.
Yes. The company chooses the frequency (weekly, on set days or custom) and which dimensions to measure. It can also switch on a special check-in for a specific period, such as a campaign or a closing.
No. The person logs in with the company's QR code and an SMS code to their phone. It works for plants, stores and warehouses.
