Frequently asked questions
Privacy, rollout, what each role sees, pricing and what BienestarHR is not. If it isn't here, write to hola@bienestarhr.com.
The rule that governs everything: never an individual record.
No. Check-ins and surveys are only shown aggregated per team, site or company, and only when there are at least 5 responses. There is no screen with one person's answer.
No cut (team, site, company or question) is shown with fewer than 5 responses. The company can raise that minimum, but not lower it.
No. If a cut is hidden, another small cut at the same level is hidden too, so nobody can work it out by difference. Hidden cuts don't even show counts.
Yes. Results are read as an aggregate with a threshold of 5, and open answers are shown without names and in alphabetical order, not by who wrote them. Managers and staff are read separately.
No. The person's thread is private. The HR assistant works only with aggregated data and has questions about people, diagnoses or individual risk blocked.
On the security and data page: what is stored, who sees what, where it's hosted and how to request deletion. And in the privacy policy, the full legal text.
No months-long project. No passwords for the plant.
Setting up the company, sites and teams is done on day one. The invitations or the QR code go out that same week. No mandatory consulting or set-up fee.
With the company's QR code. They scan, enter their mobile number, receive a code by SMS and they're in. No password. If HR enables it, an employee ID is also requested to check they're on the list.
No. It opens in the browser on a phone or a computer.
You can import staff from a spreadsheet and there's a company API. BienestarHR doesn't manage payroll, holidays or time tracking: it sits alongside whatever system you already have.
By sites and teams: a plant and its shifts, a region and its stores, an office and its departments. Each manager is assigned to their team. Readings come out per team, site and company.
If it only fed HR, nobody would answer. It's designed the other way round.
You see your own trend, get brief recommendations and have breaks, habits, your company's benefits, recognition and short courses at hand. And your team has a voice without anyone being singled out.
The check-in, about 20 seconds. A quick survey, two or three questions. You can mute reminders.
No. They see their team's aggregate when there are at least 5 responses. They don't see answers, names or who responded.
No. Answering is voluntary and you can skip a check-in. The company sees participation as a percentage, not who responded.
HR deactivates you and you stop counting as an active person. You can request deletion of your data by writing to hola@bienestarhr.com.
What you see, what you don't, and what you do with it.
They see their team's aggregate when there are 5 responses, the alerts, the plans and the resources. They don't see a person's check-in, their chart, or whether they've used the help or the assistant.
A normalised average of the dimensions measured: mood, energy, stress, workload, work-life balance, satisfaction and recognition. It's calculated per team, site and company, always with a threshold.
There are fixed, explained rules: high stress or workload, low energy or satisfaction, a drop in the score versus the previous period, low participation or several dimensions in attention at once. The alert says which rule fired, and from there a plan is created with an owner, an action and a date.
Not causally. It brings together what was measured, what was done and how it moved. Correlation is not causation, and the report says so.
It works from small teams, although with fewer than 5 people per cut the detail is limited to the site or the company. It fits especially well from 50 to 1,000 employees and in companies with several sites.
One plan, €3 per active employee per month.
The whole product: check-in, surveys, map and alerts, plans, report, QR access, benefits, recognition, courses, joiners and leavers, AI assistant. No separate modules and no cost per manager.
Yes. Each month the active people in the company count. If headcount goes down, the bill goes down; if it goes up, so does the bill.
No. No lock-in, no implementation, no set-up fee. You can leave any month.
No. You create the company and start. When you decide to continue, you activate the subscription from Settings → Billing: you are invoiced at the end of the month per active person, by card or SEPA direct debit through Stripe.
No. It excludes VAT; the applicable VAT is added on the invoice.
Better to say it up front.
No. It doesn't clock people in, measure productivity, track location, or read email or calendars. It asks the person how they're doing and shows team trends.
No. It doesn't diagnose burnout, depression or any condition, and it isn't a psychosocial risk assessment. It doesn't replace occupational health, insurers, prevention services or psychological care.
No. It doesn't manage payroll, holidays, time tracking or recruitment. It sits alongside them. The focus is wellbeing, climate and engagement, and going from data to action.
No, and the HR assistant has that request blocked. There is only a score per team, site and company, with a threshold of 5.
No. It guarantees you'll measure every week, see the team as an aggregate and that a plan can come out of every alert. What happens next depends on what gets done.
