BienestarHR is the wellbeing app used by the employees of our client companies. Your profile appears in their Benefits section, next to their own company's perks.
Your card shows in the app of every company using BienestarHR, not in yet another directory nobody opens.
With your photo, your speciality, your city and your perk. And a public page on bienestarhr.com you can link to.
No set-up fee, no monthly charge and no commission per client. We charge the professional nothing.
Keep your clients, your website and the platforms you're already on. Pause your profile when you have no availability.
What we ask
The only thing we ask is that your card brings something concrete to the person who opens it. It doesn't have to be big: it has to be true and valid while the profile is published.
If you don't honour it, we take the profile down. As simple as that, to protect those who trust what they see in their app.
It's your perk and your conditions. You write them on the card and change them whenever you like.
The perk reaches any employee of any client company, from the office to the plant.
How it works
No meetings or contracts. All from a form and a private link.
Five minutes: who you are, what you do, your photo and your perk. You see live how the card will look in the app.
A person from the team checks the profile is real and the perk is clear. We reply within 48 working hours.
Your card appears in the benefits app of client companies and on your public page at bienestarhr.com. We let you know by email.
Attribution
There are three routes, and your reference code appears in all three. You get it when you sign up and it looks like BHR-XXXXX.
The employee sees the code in their app and shows it or mentions it when booking. By default it's BIENESTARHR; you can set your own.
BIENESTARHRFrom the app, your website opens with your reference and a traffic source. You'll see it in your statistics or in any analytics tool.

[BHR-XXXXX] New enquiry from BienestarHRWe don't share names, emails or staff lists with any professional. Contact is always started by the person, from their app, when they want. Your email isn't published either: we only use it so people can write to you and to update you about your profile.
With your private link you edit whatever you like, change the perk or pause the profile if you can't take on more people. No calls needed. If you need help, write to hola@bienestarhr.com.
Nothing. Publishing your profile and your perk on BienestarHR is free for the professional. There is no set-up fee or monthly charge.
No. You can be in other directories, platforms or corporate programmes. We only ask that the perk you publish is real and valid while your profile is published.
Yes. When you sign up you get a private link by email. With it you can change any detail, change the perk, pause the profile when you have no availability and reactivate it later.
We take the profile down. Employees trust what they see in their app, and we trust what you publish. If you change the conditions, update your profile first.
No. For now we charge the professional nothing, neither for signing up nor per client. If that ever changed, we'd tell you first and you could withdraw.
Directly between you and the person, as with any other client. BienestarHR doesn't handle payment, charges no commission and doesn't issue invoices on your behalf.
No. We never give you employee lists or data. Contact is always started by the person: they write to you from the app, visit your website or show you the code. From there, the relationship is yours.
