Education

Workplace wellbeing in education: measuring the school year, not just the June staff meeting

Assessments, parents' meetings and a faculty that doesn't fit in an annual survey. BienestarHR asks in 20 seconds per stage or department and shows when the year gets tight.

The starting point

What happens in education

Three situations that keep coming back. None of them is fixed by an annual survey.

Peaks that come every term

Assessment weeks send workload through the roof. It happens every year and every year it's discovered late.

Staff without a school email

Canteen, cleaning, monitors and admin staff don't always have an account. They're left out of any survey.

Small faculty, cautious answers

In a department of four teachers, any survey feels like it has your name on it. People answer what's expected.

How it fits

How BienestarHR fits

Measure, understand, act and check. These are the pieces that matter most in this sector.

20-second check-in

Between one class and the next, three taps

Energy, workload and mood. Each person sees their trend over the school year. The school sees the stage or department as an aggregate, week by week.

  • Weekly series per stage or department
  • Comparison with the previous term
  • A reminder each person can mute

Surveys and listening

A quick survey before and after assessments

Two or three anonymous questions on workload and switching off at the peak. And a climate or eNPS survey at the end of the year, with results per stage.

  • Quick surveys with a threshold of 5
  • Climate and eNPS per department
  • Anonymous exit survey

QR access

All staff, not just those with email

One QR code in the staff room and another in the kitchen. Each person verifies their phone by SMS and they're in. No passwords or accounts to create.

  • No corporate email
  • Opens in the browser
  • HR controls the QR code

Roles

What each role sees

The rule is the same in every sector: each person sees their own data and the team is read as an aggregate.

Person

Sees their own data

Their account is theirs. Nobody else sees it.

  • Their check-in and their trend
  • Breaks, habits and a private assistant
  • Recognition
  • Nobody sees their answer
Manager

Sees their team

Only as an aggregate and from 5 responses.

  • Their stage or department, from 5 responses
  • Alerts and plans
  • No individual answers
HR

Sees the company

Map, alerts, plans and report. Never a record.

  • Map per school, stage and department
  • Climate and exit surveys
  • 30-day report
  • Never an individual record

Each person sees their own data. HR sees the team, and only from 5 responses. Never an individual record.

Questions about education

Is it for pupils or for staff?

For the school's staff: teachers, admin, canteen, cleaning and monitors. It isn't designed for pupils or families.

Does a department of 4 teachers appear?

Not on its own. It counts towards the stage and the school. If you want to read it, group it with another department under the same site to exceed 5 responses.

Can it be measured only in specific periods?

Yes. You can keep the weekly check-in and add quick surveys before and after each assessment. The school decides the frequency and each person can mute reminders.

Will the head see who answered what?

No. The head and HR see aggregates from 5 responses. There's no individual record, no chart per person and no who-answered list.
