You create the company, import the staff and start. No project, no mandatory consulting, no set-up fee.

No separate modules

Surveys, alerts, plans, report, benefits, courses: all in the same plan. There's no extra for switching a feature on.

No cost per manager

Each manager sees their team with no separate licence. Only active employees count.

The alternative

What not measuring costs

We don't quote figures because every company has its own. We do know what happens when climate is measured once a year or not at all.

Without measuring

  • Turnover is discovered in the exit interview, when there's nothing left to do.
  • The manager finds out about the team's burnout from the sick leave or the resignation.
  • Workload peaks are accepted as normal because nobody looks at them per team.
  • The annual survey arrives late, weighs a lot and no plan comes out of it.
  • Wellbeing actions are taken without knowing whether they helped.

With BienestarHR

  • The team is read every week, as an aggregate, with a 0-to-100 score.
  • An alert explains what changed and from there comes a plan with an owner and a date.
  • Peaks are seen per shift, zone or venue, before people leave.
  • Surveys are short, anonymous and go out when they're needed.
  • At 30 days, a report brings together what was measured and what was done. Correlation, not causation.

Each person sees their own data. HR sees the team, and only from 5 responses. Never an individual record.

Questions about pricing

Is it counted per active employee?

Yes. Each month we count the people registered and active in the company. Anyone deactivated on the platform (left the company or disabled by HR) doesn't count.

What if headcount goes down or up?

The bill follows the headcount. If there are fewer active people one month, you pay less; if there are more, you pay more. No tiers, minimums or penalties for going down.

Does the price include VAT?

No. The €3 per employee per month excludes VAT. The applicable VAT is added on the invoice.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, with the company's tax details. If you need a specific format or detail on the invoice, write to hola@bienestarhr.com.

How and when do I pay?

You start without a card. When you decide to continue, you activate the subscription from Settings → Billing: you are invoiced at the end of the month per active person, by card or SEPA direct debit through Stripe. There's no lock-in: you can leave any month.

Is there a free plan or a volume discount?

There's no free plan: there's a trial period without a card. For companies with more than 2,000 employees or groups with several entities, write to us and we'll take a look.
