Logistics and warehouses

Workplace wellbeing in the warehouse: see the peak before people leave

Campaign, sales, month-end. Workload goes up, energy goes down and turnover spikes afterwards. BienestarHR measures per shift and zone, and turns the reading into a plan.

The starting point

What happens in logistics and warehouses

Three situations that keep coming back. None of them is fixed by an annual survey.

Turnover discovered on the way out

The exit survey arrives when there's nothing left to do. What happened on the loading dock weeks earlier was never measured.

Peaks taken for granted

Everyone knows November is hard. Nobody knows which zone has it worst or whether the January recovery ever comes.

Night shifts without a voice

Meetings and communications happen in the daytime. The night shift finds out from the group chat.

How it fits

How BienestarHR fits

Measure, understand, act and check. These are the pieces that matter most in this sector.

Surveys and listening

A quick workload survey in the middle of the campaign

Two or three anonymous questions answered during the break. Workload, energy and switching off per shift and zone. With high-season mode, they're scheduled more often and close with a recovery campaign.

  • Always anonymous and with a threshold of 5
  • Results per team and site
  • Exit survey to understand turnover

Map and alerts

Which dock, which shift, which week

The score per team shows whether the peak hits the whole warehouse or one zone. An alert explains in plain words what changed versus the previous period.

  • Comparison between zones and with the company
  • Weekly series per team
  • Alerts with the rule explained

Action plans

Extra staff, breaks, job rotation: with an owner and a date

From an alert comes a plan: what's done, who runs it and when it's reviewed. The 30-day report brings together what was measured and what was done.

  • Owner, action and review date
  • Follow-up from the alert itself
  • Impact report when the period closes

Roles

What each role sees

The rule is the same in every sector: each person sees their own data and the team is read as an aggregate.

Person

Sees their own data

Their account is theirs. Nobody else sees it.

  • Their check-in and their trend
  • Anonymous quick surveys
  • Benefits and recognition
  • Nobody sees their answer
Manager

Sees their team

Only as an aggregate and from 5 responses.

  • Their shift or zone, from 5 responses
  • Their team's alerts and plans
  • No individual answers
HR

Sees the company

Map, alerts, plans and report. Never a record.

  • Map per warehouse, zone and shift
  • High-season mode
  • 30-day report
  • Never an individual record

Each person sees their own data. HR sees the team, and only from 5 responses. Never an individual record.

Questions about logistics and warehouses

Does it work with temporary or agency staff?

Yes. They get in through the same QR code with their phone. When they finish, HR removes them and they stop counting as active employees. Their answers from that time stay in the aggregates.

What is high-season mode?

A company setting for a specific period: more quick surveys on workload, energy and switching off, and a recovery campaign at the end. It measures the team's pace, not individual productivity.

Can I compare the night shift with the day shift?

Yes, if each shift is a team and both exceed 5 responses. You'll see score, dimensions and the difference from the site average.

Does it tell me why people leave?

It gives you clues, not a cause. The exit survey is anonymous and read as an aggregate. The report crosses what was measured with what was done, and says it plainly: correlation, not causation.
