Construction and sites

Workplace wellbeing on site: one question in the hut, not a form

Crews that move from site to site, subcontractors and nobody with corporate email. BienestarHR gets in through a QR code in the site hut and shows how each site is doing, without touching prevention.

The starting point

What happens in construction and sites

Three situations that keep coming back. None of them is fixed by an annual survey.

Site workers don't exist in email

The technical office has accounts. The crew doesn't. Any climate survey leaves most people out.

Every site starts from scratch

The team forms at the start and dissolves at the end. What was learned on one site doesn't reach the next.

Workload and mood don't make the site meeting

Deadlines, safety and certifications are discussed. How people are doing, only when someone leaves.

How it fits

How BienestarHR fits

Measure, understand, act and check. These are the pieces that matter most in this sector.

QR access

A poster in the hut, an SMS and you're in

The QR code identifies the company, the phone verifies the person with a code. HR can also require the employee ID so that only people on the list get in.

  • No corporate email or password
  • Opens in the phone's browser
  • HR enables or disables the QR code

Map and alerts

Every site is a location. Every crew, a team.

The score comes out per site and per crew from 5 responses. When one site pulls away from the rest, an alert arrives, explained in plain words, and from there a plan.

  • Comparison between sites and with the company
  • Alerts with the rule explained
  • Plan with an owner, an action and a date

Short courses

3-to-10-minute courses, on a phone

Site induction, rest and recovery, team habits. Short modules with a certificate, done during a break. They aren't mandatory prevention training; they complement it.

  • 3-to-10-minute modules
  • Certificate on completion
  • Onboarding journeys per site

Roles

What each role sees

The rule is the same in every sector: each person sees their own data and the team is read as an aggregate.

Person

Sees their own data

Their account is theirs. Nobody else sees it.

  • Their check-in and their trend
  • Short courses and benefits
  • Recognition from the crew
  • Nobody sees their answer
Manager

Sees their team

Only as an aggregate and from 5 responses.

  • Their site or crew, from 5 responses
  • The site's alerts and plans
  • No individual answers
HR

Sees the company

Map, alerts, plans and report. Never a record.

  • Map per site and crew
  • Climate and exit surveys
  • 30-day report
  • Never an individual record

Each person sees their own data. HR sees the team, and only from 5 responses. Never an individual record.

Questions about construction and sites

Does it replace occupational risk prevention?

No. BienestarHR isn't a prevention tool or a psychosocial risk assessment, and it doesn't issue legal reports. It measures climate and workload as an aggregate so someone can act. Prevention remains the prevention service's job.

Can subcontractors get in?

That's up to the company. If you want to measure a subcontractor's people, they're registered as members and get in through the QR code. If not, the QR code only admits people on the list with their ID.

What happens when a site finishes?

HR removes anyone who isn't staying and moves the rest to the next site. The finished site's answers stay in the aggregates for its period.

Do you need coverage or an app?

You need mobile data for the 20 seconds of the check-in. There's no app: it opens in the browser.
