Each manager sees only their slice
What happens in Warehouse looks nothing like Office, and nobody can compare without building a spreadsheet.
Map and alerts
Every team and every site has a 0-to-100 score and seven dimensions. When one drops two weeks running, an alert fires. You'll never see a person: you'll see a team with 5 or more responses.
The problem
One manager notices their team is tired. Another doesn't. HR finds out from sick leave or a resignation. Nobody has the full picture.

An overall score of 70 can hide a team at 50. The average reassures; the map doesn't.
If the tool lets you drill down to a record, people stop telling the truth. The map has to stop at the team.
How it works
The score
Check-in and survey answers are normalised into seven dimensions: mood, energy, stress, workload, work-life balance, satisfaction and recognition. The average of the visible ones is the score. 70 and above is normal; 55 to 69, attention; below that, high risk.
12 people have responded. Compared with the previous month.
The map
Each team is a card with its score, its status and how many people have responded. Sites group teams. A team with fewer than 5 responses appears greyed out with no number: it's not a bug, it's the rule.
The alert
It doesn't fire because of one bad Monday. It fires when a dimension stays below the threshold for two weeks or falls sharply versus the previous period. It says which dimension, which team and how many people responded. From there, a plan is created.
What happens next: action plansThe “Workload” dimension has been below 55 for two weeks. 9 people have responded.

Privacy rule
A map is for deciding where to act, not for finding someone. That's why there's no zoom down to the person and why small groups are hidden.
Works with
No feature works alone. They all follow the same privacy rule.
Each dimension is normalised so higher is better (stress and workload are inverted). The average of the visible dimensions is put on a 0-to-100 scale. It's only calculated with 5 or more people.
A dimension below the threshold for two weeks running, or a sharp drop versus the previous period. There are also low-participation notices, so you don't read a number from few responses.
No. That view doesn't exist. The finest detail is the team with 5 or more responses. That's what makes people tell the truth.
It shows greyed out with “fewer than 5 responses”. Its answers count towards the site and the company. If you want to read it, combine it with another team in a site.
Yes. There are 7-day, 30-day, 3-month and 12-month windows, and each is compared with the equivalent previous period.
