Benefits

Show what you already offer and find out what really matters

A simple showcase for your company's perks: the discount with the clinic next door, fruit in the break room, the afternoon off on your birthday. People tap “I'm interested” and you see totals.

The problem

The benefits exist, but nobody knows about them

Many companies have negotiated perks the workforce doesn't use because they heard about them once, in the welcome email.

They're in a PDF nobody opens

The gym deal, the restaurant discount, the eye test. All in a document from two years ago.

You don't know what people want

The dental insurance used by twelve people gets renewed and the discount a hundred people wanted is dropped.

The big platforms are overkill

A store with thousands of offers and a payment gateway is too much for an SME. And staff without email can't get in.

How it works

Publish, ask about interest, decide

Publish

One card per benefit, with what you need to know

Title, category, short description and how to use it. It can be something from the company (afternoon off, fruit, parking) or a deal with a local provider. Published for the whole company or for one site.

  • Categories: health, time, day to day, family, savings
  • With an end date if it's temporary
  • Link or instructions to use it, no purchasing inside

Interest

“I'm interested” instead of basket and payment

Each person sees the cards in their space and marks the ones they're interested in. There's no basket or payment. Interest is counted as totals per benefit and per site. It's the cheapest way to know what to negotiate next year.

  • Totals, not lists of people
  • Comparison between sites
  • You can ask about a benefit before signing up for it

Use

The benefit lives where the check-in is

The person sees it next to their check-in and their course, not in another tool with another password. If the company adds something new, it appears as news in their space.

How staff without email get in

Who sees what

Who publishes, who marks, who decides

The person

Looks and marks

  • Sees their company's and their site's benefits
  • Marks “I'm interested” and removes it whenever they like
  • Nobody sees their list: it only counts in the total

The manager

Proposes

  • Can suggest a benefit for their site
  • Sees their site's interest totals
  • Doesn't manage payments or sign-ups: there are none

HR

Publishes and negotiates with data

  • Creates, edits and withdraws benefits
  • Compares interest by site and category
  • Takes the totals to the next negotiation

Privacy rule

Interest is counted, not listed

Marking “I'm interested” in physiotherapy or work-life balance says something about a person's life. That's why interest is only shown as a number.

How it applies to benefits
  • HR sees how many people are interested, not who.
  • Totals per site follow the same minimum of 5 people as the rest of the tool.
  • There are no payments, so no bank or purchase data is stored.
  • If a benefit is withdrawn, its count is withdrawn too.

Frequently asked questions

Is BienestarHR a benefits platform with a store?

No. It's a showcase of what your company offers, with an “I'm interested” button. There's no third-party catalogue, payment gateway or commission.

Can I publish deals with local providers?

Yes. It's the most common use: the clinic, the gym or the restaurant next door. You add the benefit with how to use it and that's it.

Does it help decide which benefit to sign up for?

Yes. You can publish a benefit as a “proposal” before signing up for it and see how many people mark it. Then you decide.

Can I see who marked “I'm interested”?

No. Only the total per benefit and per site. It's a privacy rule, not a setting.
