The report is built by hand
An afternoon of screenshots and a slide deck. The next month nobody knows where it ended up or what it was compared with.
Impact report
Thirty days after a plan, the report brings together what was measured, what was done and how things moved. One page that leadership understands in a minute and that promises no more than the data says.
The problem
It's the question that comes from leadership after every wellbeing initiative. And there's almost never an answer with data.
An afternoon of screenshots and a slide deck. The next month nobody knows where it ended up or what it was compared with.
A March survey with an October one, with different questions and different teams. The result says nothing.
“Thanks to the workshop, climate rose 12%.” Nobody can stand behind that. And when it doesn't rise, the programme gets cancelled.
How it works
There's nothing to prepare. What is measured and what is marked as done is already in place.
Before
When a plan is created, the report stores the team's score and the affected dimension at that moment, with their participation. That's the “before” snapshot. It can't be touched up later.
During
Every action marked as done carries a date. The report lays them out on a timeline next to the weekly score, to see whether the change came before or after the action.

After
The report shows the score before and after, the difference, participation in both periods and the actions done. And one fixed line: correlation, not causation. It can be shared as a link or downloaded.

Privacy rule
The report compares teams with themselves, not people with each other. And it says what the data says: that something changed at the same time something was done, not that one caused the other.
Works with
No feature works alone. They all follow the same privacy rule.
It's the minimum time for the weekly check-in to gather four or five readings after the action. It can be changed when creating the plan.
The report shows it anyway. Knowing an action moved nothing is as useful as the opposite: it avoids repeating it and prompts another.
You can see them on the map, side by side. The impact report compares each team with itself, before and after, which is the comparison that makes sense.
Yes. Each report can be downloaded or shared as a read-only link. It includes nothing below team level.
