Writing from scratch takes weeks
Between deciding the questions, agreeing them and building the survey, it arrives when the problem has already changed.
Surveys and listening
Templates for climate, eNPS, workload, onboarding and exit. Always anonymous, short and designed to be read on a phone. Results come out per team, never per person.
When something goes wrong, do we look for the cause or for someone to blame?
The problem
Asking well is hard: if it's long, they don't answer; if it isn't anonymous, they don't tell the truth; if there's no template, it takes a month to write.
Between deciding the questions, agreeing them and building the survey, it arrives when the problem has already changed.
A form tied to each person's email doesn't measure climate. It measures trust that nobody will look.
Answers are exported, looked at one afternoon and never seen again. Nobody checks whether anything changed.
How it works
There are two kinds: full surveys, by topic, and quick surveys of one or a few questions.
Templates
Workplace climate, satisfaction, engagement, close leadership, internal communication, work-life balance, workload, motivation, belonging, psychological safety and recognition. And quick surveys: a single question, eNPS, workload these days, after an action, remote work.
Answering
Each question fills one screen. The ends have words (“Someone to blame” – “The cause”), not just a 1 and a 5. The person answers from the company's QR code, like the check-in.

Reading
Answers are aggregated per team and site. A team with fewer than 5 responses shows greyed out. Onboarding (day 30, 60 and 90) and exit surveys feed their own history to show trends.

Privacy rule
It's not a box HR ticks. It's how the answer is stored: separated from the person, added to their team and hidden if the group is small.
Works with
No feature works alone. They all follow the same privacy rule.
The check-in is three fixed, frequent questions about how the person is. A survey is one-off and covers a topic: climate, leadership, workload, exit. Both are read per team with the same threshold of 5.
With the 0-to-10 recommendation question: promoters (9 and 10) minus detractors (0 to 6), as a percentage. Only shown when the group has 5 or more responses.
Yes. You can start from a template and edit it, or create a blank survey with scale, choice or open questions.
Yes. They log in with the company's QR code and an SMS code. The survey appears in their space as a pending task.
They're shown as a list without names, only in groups of 5 or more. They aren't linked to the person and can't be filtered down to someone.
