Half the workforce has no account
Climate surveys arrive by corporate email and on the line there is none. The result only speaks for the offices.
Industry and plants
In production almost nobody opens email. BienestarHR gets in through a QR code in the changing room, the phone verifies the person by SMS and the check-in fits into the shift change.
You get a code by SMS. No password or company email.
The starting point
Three situations that keep coming back. None of them is fixed by an annual survey.
Climate surveys arrive by corporate email and on the line there is none. The result only speaks for the offices.
Night, morning and afternoon share a line but not a reality. A blended plant figure doesn't say where to act.
By the time turnover or sick leave shows up on the dashboard, the problem has been on the line for months.
How it fits
Measure, understand, act and check. These are the pieces that matter most in this sector.
QR access
The QR code identifies the company, the phone verifies the person with an SMS code. If HR enables it, the employee ID from the list is also requested.
You get a code by SMS. No password or company email.
20-second check-in
Three questions with big buttons, designed for a phone with gloves half off. The person sees their trend; HR sees the shift and the line, aggregated only.
Next: workload and mood. Only you see your answer.
SendMap and alerts
Each shift or line is a team with its 0-to-100 score and its dimensions. When one drops or pulls away from the rest of the plant, an alert fires, explained in plain words.
Score 0–100. Only shown with 5 responses or more.
Roles
The rule is the same in every sector: each person sees their own data and the team is read as an aggregate.
Their account is theirs. Nobody else sees it.
Only as an aggregate and from 5 responses.
Map, alerts, plans and report. Never a record.
Each person sees their own data. HR sees the team, and only from 5 responses. Never an individual record.
Yes. The person scans the company's QR code, enters their mobile number and gets a code by SMS. There's no password or email account. It works in the phone's browser.
Yes. Each shift or line is created as a team within a site. The score and alerts come out per team, as long as there are at least 5 responses in the period.
No. The manager sees their team's aggregate once the threshold is met. They don't see answers, named comments or who responded. If a team is small, it doesn't appear.
No. BienestarHR doesn't clock people in, measure productivity or track location. It asks how the person is doing and shows team trends so someone can act.
Other sectors
The product is the same. The angle changes.
